It's a look back over the past 50 years of the award so Jacques Anquetil and Tom Simpson should get a mention. There's no mention of Eddy Merckx though, look's like he was beaten to the Overseas awards by Pele, Trevino, Korbut, Laver and Ali. The roll of honour makes for some interesting reading. I couldn't see the overseas nominations for this year but maybe Lance Armstrong will get a mention.
