Matters of size
Here's a very intricate but excellent page for frame size calculations.Inseam measurements and standover heights are only part of the key to a good fit. The latest advice and methods seem to suggest the smallest possible frame you can fit on while retaining the correct saddle position. I have put together a ride log to record the data for rides and added a few calculations to track monthly stats. There is some timed event recording to clock your climbing/TT performance and the third sheet covers power output thanks to Rich Storey. It's a work in progress so if you feel like contributing to the development please send me your updates.

Just caught the item about Herne Hill on Inside Out. It was a bit short to give Herne Hill its deserved attention but at least they are getting some primetime coverage. What a shame that the local residents have been so short-sighted in their reaction to the proposed redevelopment.
