Ullrich to ride the Giro
Excellent news about Ullrich riding the Giro [ Ullrich confirms 2006 Giro participation ], hopefully he is going to arrive at the Tour in top form.19/20 November
Two good rides in the glorious clear and cold weather this weekend. I'm am trying to find some more hills in the South East to measure for the climb profiles so if anyone can suggest any worthy of recording I will try to get out there and measure them on the bike. If anyone has any details of climbs anywhere else please send them through and I will add them to the list.
There's a bizarre story at procycling about Jan Ullrich's contract stipulating that he must begin the new season at an acceptable weight or incur financial penalties! Apparently untrue but maybe they should have started him on that contract seven years ago or something similar about a minimum pre-Tour mileage perhaps.Archives
