Ullrich setback

[ posted by Iain Wednesday, March 29, 2006 ] Very disappointed to read the news that Ullrich pulls out of Sarthe with knee injury. I hope he has a speedy recovery and gets back into the races soon. Basso was looking ominously good at the weekend.

Spring it on!!!

[ posted by Iain Monday, March 27, 2006 ] 1 hour 20 minutes on the bike today. It was wet, it was windy and the roads were dirty. It was great! But why? Well, because it was the first evening daylight ride of the year. The clocks went forward over the weekend and that has given me a 2 hour window after work to get out and ride. Gym season is officially over and that's great by me.
