Time off has resulted in the vote being subject to public influence for a while now. Final results show that 61% of you think that cycling is 'A leading example' in the fight against doping in sport.
The new vote is prompted by the news that Dave Brailsford intends to have a British team compete for overall victory in the 2012 Tour de France [ BBC - GB boss outlines Tour team target. ].
Given his excellent track record (if you'll excuse the pun) I would like to think he has some proven plan to acheive this, but at present the idea of a British Tour winner seems like a dream rather than a realistic aspiration.
Could Dave Brailsford's British team really acheive victory in the 2012 Tour de France??
